We have written history as well, but I'm afraid I can't let you access that. The older tomes are quite fragile now.

We had some questions about what symbols meant on the tapestry. Would you be able to answer that?

I can certainly try, to the best I can. Some of the older parts would likely require manual lookup, though.

Do you know what is the explanation of the sun with the face of an urocyon?

The sun with the face of an urocyon... ah, I think I know what you're referring to.

It's not the sun, at least, I've never heard it referred to in such a way. That's just a depiction of Beacon's ancestor.

It's said the first monks who helped build the temple had a yellow urocyon with them. Beacon is a direct descendant of them.

They said that urocyon had twelve tails! A far cry from Beacon's three, and a wild fable, if you ask me.

I've found some of the older parts to have some... embelishments. Wild imaginations.

Do you know anything about the depiction of the fifth elemental solid?

The tetrahedron? Only that it was the source of the other solids.

I've read an older claim that there was at some point five temples. The Great Temple was originally a fifth element.

But four tribal leaders of the time used their jewels to make it into a temple of every element, instead.

As for whatever happened to this fifth tribe at the time, there's no mention. It's possible the Great Temple had some other purpose at first, and they converted it to a temple for all four elements, instead.

If there was truely a fifth element, you'd think there would be some evidence of it, and a hole in the cycle. But there's no such thing. So I believe it to be a fairy tale of some kind.

Most of you I heard confronted the devil of the winds in the Great Temple, did you see any evidence of the fifth solid?

No, which was why we were wondering if you had any insight into it.

That's all I've ever read on the story. Just another glorified oral history before finally written down, I'd think.

We also found depictions of a chain of Lagre... were they the leaders of the tribe?

Oh! Yes. Those are portraits of all tribal leaders back to the original creation of the tapestry.

Come to think of it, we'll need to add Illos to it now, won't we?

We only add to the tapestry when natural light is out. Helps with the coloring, to my understanding.
