I apologize for intruding. It is just that I have given a great deal of thought to the concept of leadership.

I must guide the group for my pathfinding. Where we go, how we fight when we must... we are all making decisions, but as the representative of the group, I must guide our actions.

And think of how everyone here interacts with one another!

When we first joined paths, I do not believe there was much trust amongst each other. And everyone was not wrong in feeling that way. They had no reason TO trust.

Now, I feel... I hope... that this group trusts one another and gets along well.

It just takes leading by example, and time. Everyone opens up differently, everyone heals from previous wounds at different paces. Some may have even a new wound that they are still nursing.

There is the responsibility to keep this group of del safe, and I bear it willingly.

You will not do everything well; that is why it is so important to surround yourself with those who can support you in it. No burden is shouldered alone, or at least, should be.

You are not someone who speaks with their fists, Illos; I am not, either. And yet I bring those who can with me, for when we must.

You trust the Abbot to take care of the Temple, do you not?
